Best voice changer program or device?

Hello guys. I want to change my voice just a little bit,to add some power for it,because it will sound better that way. I used morphpro voice changer and it is nice but is there some program that is similar. It doesn't have to be free,but it would be nice if it has trial so I can see iz it worth buying.
Also if you have some device that will do better job please give me link from amazon.

I have my personal reasons. I just want to sound it little bit deeper. Trust me it sound better that way.

Purpose? e.g., speech, vocal for music, voice-over video, masking/live convo?

There's many ways of going about it, depends on the criteria/context.

Things ranging from software simple vocoders, all kinds of software ranging from 20USD into the 1000's and...olde time techniques, which are free, but do not preserve frequency when decreasing the speed of the tape (waveform).
