MSI or ASUS mobo? (AMD processor)

ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard or MSI 970 Gaming? which is better for overclocking?

 

WD Blue 1TB hard disk 

 

Cooler Master XB casing 

 

Liteon dvd player 

 

windows 8.1 64bit 

 

Cooler Master G550M power supply 

 

Future upgrade for overclocking would be Cooler Master Seidon 120XL ,as said it's future upgrade so it shouldn't be in the RM3000 budget build

 

Budget: RM3000 (which is about $951 according google) with a decent monitor which is glare,because I don't like anti glare monitors,if you can find one which is within this budget^^^(desktop+monitor)

 

and are there anything which I can improve without spending too much money? I hope you all would help

get the msi and spend the extra money on an ssd

 

 

EDIT: nevermind price check shows the asus being much less expensive when looking at those exact boards

I made a mistake , it should be 970 Gaming but is this better than the ASUS M5A97 R.20 for overclocking? it costs RM10 more only

ASUS, MSI has the worst customer service ever I know people and you tubers who wont buy MSI beanies of that. Asus are the best boards. I mean look a Linus and all his buddies and co workers they all use Asus boards.

keep in mind that linus and many youtubers more than likely have a much higher budget... not everyone can afford top of the line
