My case I forgot the name of, but it was a cooler master and on special.

 

I got it for like 35 bucks on Newegg and it came with a dent, but I put the computer together before I noticed it so I would rather not care.

If you could some how scrounge up $20 more bucks and make your budget $100, the Phanteks Enthoo Pro is the best case on the market today, and it does come in White.

 

A case is an investment because you can reuse your case in future builds.  Best to buy a really nice one that you are comfortable using for a long time into the future.  Alternatively, if you can get a better GPU by going with a less expensive case, definitely get the less expensive case and the better GPU.

hmm, well i was going to throw in my current case (CM Storm Enforcer) because it's pretty cool and not expensive.  But you wanted white, I don't think they have a white edition for that case.

 

Also i have a gripe w/it and that's a lack of cable space behind the mobo, only about a half inch or so.  but some people can work with that ok,
