Help with SweetFX?

Anyone mind helping me out with SweetFX installing on Windows 8.1? I can't seem to get it working and i've tried literally everything. I don't know if im missing something small.

Have you turned the game's anti aliasing off? That usually causes problems.

Also depending on the game it might not work with fraps open. E.g. with fraps open in ACIV Black Flag, you can't load sweetfx

I haven't tried that, I'll give it a go in a few and let you know if it fixes it.

 

And I dont use fraps. Only afterburner sometimes.

No problem Check the readme's more carefully in future, I think it mentions it in there. The reason for it is that SweetFX applies its own anti aliasing and none of SweetFX's features work if it can't do that.

For sure, I must of missed it. I've spent hours and hours trying to get it working . Again, thank you so much.
