I had to "refresh" my Windows 8.1 machine, which uninstalled the majority of my apps. This included steam. After reinstalling steam, my entire library was grayed out, indicating none of my games were installed. But if I go onto my hard drives and check, the games are still installed on the drive itself, taking up space. What do I do?

Delete the games and re download lol, unless someone else has a easier way (hopefully they do)

Happens often, go ahead and click 'install' on the games, it will 'begin' install and say "recognizing existing game files", after 1-2 minutes it will finish scanning the files and the game will launch. Repeat through all your library.

Holy shit, the problem just started fixing itself. Thanks man!
