Alright if you're going to be going with a z97 board, I'd suggest you get the 4690k. In the long run you'll be able to get more power by just overclocking.

What about storage? You can get cheaper memory, I wouldn't get the two fans as they are very expensive, what about a case?

just for the sake of the theme i i'll go with a 2 (4gb) ram

I would get the 4690k, you might not want to overclock now, but you always have the option in the future.
