Whenever I restart my computer, instead of it actually rebooting the way it should, it shuts down instead for a few seconds until the message "no signal input" goes away on my monitor's screen. What's also bizarre is using the "reset" button on my case gives me the same effect. I might have to send my motherboard in for a replacement.

it occurs when just restarting windows. My headers I don't think would do anything. However, I will try flipping over the reset header plug later.
