Start up problem with notebook

Hello guys yesterday my sister brought her notebook with the request for me to clean it up and so i did and also i chenged the thermal paste but after i put it back together it refuses to start and i am not sure why i made a video which i am going to attach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOHdtiAZVUA oh and sorry i was not sure where to place this topic :)

verify if all the screws and parts are secured

 

any loose parts will render the notebook unable to boot up

 

 

if all the above are ok but still dead

 

it means you may have damaged the mobo

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

oh a damaged mobo thats not gonna end well for my pocket

What's that large chip in the middle? didn't it have a heat sink on it?

 

Edit: try re-seating those RAM sticks they don't seem to be all the way in. The circular clips need to go in to the notches on the RAM as far as I'm aware.

That chip didn`t have a heat sink in the first place and and i will try to reseat the RAM
