Push Notification Delay - Modem Problem?

Hi all,

 

I get my push notification in my mobile very late minimum 10 min late. I even downloaded and used Push Notification Fix app. But no use. Later when I searched it could be my Modem problem. Now pls help me how to fix this.

 

My mobile - xiaomi MI3,

Modem - D-Link Wireless N 150 ADSL2 + Modem Router.
