Hi,

...I'm having a little problem with my ssd C: I had installed mass effect 1, I had the ISO version + the game installed, so I decided to uninstalled and delete the ISO fille, so together they had like 15gb or so. but before uninstalling I had only 10gb free space remaining, I have no other ssd or hdd. My problem is that after instalation I didn't get back my free space, I still have 10gb free space only. Any idea what it may be or what should I do re gain my free space back?

You can try to search for the file or just use TreeSize Free (http://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free/) to find it quickly !

that didn't rly helped, my problem is that, I had like 15GB space used by the mass effect installation+iso file, when I uninstalled the game + deleted the iso, the 15GB from my ssd didnt got free or had been removed. Is like I would still have the game installed and still have the iso file but i dnt have them anymore in my ssd.

Have you checked for files in your programs? Disk cleanup?

With Treesize you can check which file is taking up so much space. You should easily find this file and delete it.

There is no mass effect remainings in my C, it's shows me the program file , other games etc, i understand now what it does. but yet my prob is, that i lost 15gb somewhere with this mass effect and can't make any sense

Could you provide a screenshot? 15GB are just taking up by nothing?

It doesn't show anywhere that 15gb are occupied, I noticed that, cuz my C bar was red, and 10gb left, after uninstalling I still had 10gb and red bar on C drive... but nvm I will try others forums, thanks anyway,

So when you say you had the ISO version does that mean you mounted it? What size in total is this ssd?
