motherboard error/debug codes

My build 4790k asrock z97 extreme6 seasonic 650 gold gtx 780 2tb wd green samsung evo 120gb Ssd h100i asus dvd drive and phantom 630. I start it up it does display a black screen on monitor telling me to boot an os and I can even enter the mobo bios but my motherboard is giving me 3 different Error codes. One is for the sata cables and the other is for the pcie and the other one is a USB related problem what should I do if you need more info just ask and please help this is my first build and I would appreciate it so much if you could help thanks a ton.

Did you even plug everything in? If you didn't plug it in then the error tells you didn't plug which thing in.

I think so do all case cables are connected motherboard and cpu and gpu pcie cables are connected Ssd,hdd and dvd drive are connected to sata ports on mobo and they are also connected to the psu all fans work cpu cooler works
