What are your full specs of your system and what were you doing that caused the system to shut down?

I would check your temps using HWMonitor to see if your components are overheating and causing the system to shut down abruptly. What programs are you running in the background? May I know your specifications of your computer?

Sabertooth fx990 r2.0 h55 watercooling amd fx 9590 4 gigs of ram ....I dont think its overheating as my cpu temp at 34c my psu is a thermaltake 600 watt new

Did the power go out, or did you do a forced shutdown at any point (hold down the power button for five seconds)?  If yes, this would return the error that you mentioned.  If not, try to troubleshoot for PSU issues.  If you have different power supply you can test with, put that one in your system and see if the issue occurs again.
