Question about Bios Button on GPU

Lets say you OC too far, black screen and press your bios switch reset and u fire up fine again, what happens if u OC again can u press the bios switch again and it'll be fine, or do you need to erm I dunno? anyone know what I'm trying to ask?

Depends on the card, but on the last card that I used a BIOS switch on, it resets the first BIOS to stock if you switch to the second one. I assume this is what most do, so that the first BIOS if you OC too far doesn't become useless
