Any good monitors?

Hey peeps im looking for a 22"-24" monitor that is Full HD (1920 x 1080). Has DVI, 5-1 ms response time, and under $200. I plan on buying two of them. 

I plan on gaming (PC). and watching videos and stuff.

As far as response times, the specifications for many monitors are often misleading. Base your purchase off of reviews. This link may be helpful.
