First time builder seeking help

Hi guys! Norwegian tech-head here. I was thinking about building myself a computer, but I don't know what parts make the best bang for the buck in my case! I have been following the LinusTechTips channel for about half-a-year now, and since I need a new computer (the laptop I have is totally ruined) I thought I might build one for myself. Computer parts are very expensive in Norway (about 20-30% more expensive than in the US), and my budget isn't the biggest.

IMPORTANT PART STARTS HERE: I want a computer that works fairly good now, but that is easy to upgrade without buying a lot of new parts other than the ones I actually need, that why some of the parts I have chosen might seem a bit overkill compared to other. THIS is the computer I was thinking of building.

Can someone help find the right parts for me, without paying to much extra?

Well the Pentium CPU you chose is not that great and i'd recommend something like an I5 instead, rest should be fine.

The reason for me choosing that was the video Linus made on how he thought it performed well considering the price, but an i5 is probably better, yes. Thanks for your input!

The Pentium is good for lower end builds, with your 770 the I5 just fits in better :)

I don't think a dual core pentium is a good choice you would definitely want an i5.

Also the power supply is a little overkill i think an EVGA 750w would be good even if you SLI your 770 in the future and it's almost half the price.

Also i think the H100i isn't needed just yet, maybe just get a hyper 212 evo and then use the money saved from the power supply and the cooler to buy an i5.

Something like a 4670K, or 4690K then?

I'm sorry for not writing all details. It's a bit hard saying what budget I have, since the Norwegian prices are so different for the American. I'd say my budget is about 10.000 NOK, but that doesn't help you at all! I want my computer to used mostly for gaming, but also general use like browsing, but I'm getting a cheap laptop for school etc., so again, this computer will be used mostly for gaming. I haven't decided on an OS, plus I didn't think that was neccesairy, since my main priority is the hardware components. I already have all the peripherals I need.

10.000 NOK is about 1700 USD, so my budget in USD will be about 2100, granted parts are about 20% more expensive. I will be using komplett.no for buying my components, unfortunately it's all in Norwegian
