Laptop wireless problems.

My brothers laptop`s wireless stopped working, I feel its the actual card because bluetooth doesnt work either, I dont know what to do, when i go to device manager it says realtech pcie something something, then when i properties it says device not working, ive gotten rid of all the virases and such, Lan still works but not WLAN. It is a sony vaio SVE15A[something] PLZ HALP

It could be the wifi card on the laptop, if everything you try to get the wifi back doesn't work then replace it.
