Would the Intel Core 13-4130 bottleneck the Asus Radeon R9 280 (non X) DirectCU II?


 


Being used for light to moderate gaming and not planning to do a lot of overclocking.

Doubtful, but it does depend on the game.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
