Website provider?

Hello

 

I need a website provider. I need something free and easy to use, not just click and drag. But something in-between pure coding and click and drag. A good combo would be nice...

 

And most free website providers have long website domains, for example www.domain.websideprovider.com

I would like something like www.domain.ex.com, if this makes any sence to you?
