I currently have an I7, would like to stay with the same power.  Also I went with Bitfenix because of the sleeved cables.  My friend has a Gigabyte R9-290 and it hits 95*C (Has the Windforce cooler) and they never fixed it.  I use a single 290x right now. Also the corsair memory looks teh sexy.

The Bitfenix psu is not that good. I would suggest the EVGA Supernova G2 and a set of white EVGA sleeved cables.

I went with 2 280's because I currently have a 1440p display and looking to get a 144Hz display as well and would like more horse power without overpaying out the butt.  Thoughts?

Did you consider the H440 White/Black case? Kingston Fury White HX318C10FWK2/16 or Black HX316C10FB/8 memory?

The H440 has a psu shroud which gives you the option of using any psu. You might, for example go with a Corsair modular and buy their white cable kit or a G2 EVGA which also has a white cable kit.

An AIO cpu cooler would do a better job of showing off the motherboard. You might consider the Kraken X61 with its user controlled hue led on the pump back or the H220-X.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The H440 is too tall.  I cannot fit cases larger than 18.6 inches tall.  I'd rather avoid water cooling.  I've had 3 H100I's, 2 H80's and a CM 240 all have their pumps fail for builds I've done within 1 year.

The Bitfenix psu is not that good. I would suggest the EVGA Supernova G2 and a set of white EVGA sleeved cables.

The Bitfenix PSU is decent and I agree the G2 is just a great PSU.  But that's adding an extra 100 bucks that I'd rather avoid.  Also, since the case interior is white, I'd like black cables.
