Public IP changed

So basically my Public IP totally changed.  I was having issues with my live stream buffering and went onto do a speedtest and my current IP is pinpointing from Idaho, when I actually live in North Dakota.  I have't done anything to my connection recently for this to happen because I was out of town so there isn't any reason for this to happen... Whenever I google my Public IP now, it is telling me the same exact number coming from the same town in Idaho, what happened!?

try calling your ISP. they will know more about your IP changing than we will.
