1080p is fine for me, maybe later in the future I will switch to 1440p but not any time soon. Thanks for the quick feedback!

You could also go GTX 770 then. The 770 wins in most scenarios over an R9 280x

 

The only game the GTX 770 will lose if BF4 because of mantle.

NO need to get the 4GB version. 2GB version will totally suffice. However if you do still plan to go 1440p relatively soon then it could be worth it though the R9 290 is far superior if you want 4GB of Vram
