Yep, Microcenter's 4690k costs about $20 less than Amazon, but is only available for in-store pickup.

And do you have a monitor size/panel type preference?

If you mean the Add-Ons tab in the store page, they're not actually deals, just recommendations whose prices are the same as they are individually. I assume you mean that because I can't find any specific cost-saving bundles on the site.

i know, i am just planning and i will go to any microcenter to buy the parts

If buying from only Micro Center, I will warn you that their prices aren't that great. You could do better in a lot of sections by buying online, but this is your choice in the end.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($199.99 @ Micro Center)
Motherboard: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($89.99)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($79.99 @ Micro Center)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card  ($339.99 @ Micro Center)
Monitor: AOC i2369V 60Hz 23.0" Monitor  ($149.99 @ Micro Center)
Other: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ($59.99)
Other: Crucial MX100 128GB ($76.99)
Total: $1211.90
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

All at Micro Center, I chose a 770 because the R9 280X cost the same for an XFX card. EVGA's warranty service is absolutely amazing and the 770 performs as well as a 280X. If you go off to another retailer for other parts, you could definitely get an R9 290 and better cooling into the mix. The prices stated are current MC prices before tax. Tax will end up somewhere around $100-$120, based upon NYC's 8.875% Sales Tax. (I live here too :P) Again, I would strongly urge that you purchase only the motherboard, case and CPU from Micro Center and a different set of parts from one of the other posted builds elsewhere. This rig is pretty bad for the money.

For any Z97+4690K pairing on the website, $40 is deducted from the price of the motherboard.

If I were you, I'd forget about the high performance monitor and fancy keyboard for now. Put that money towards the rig itself. Sure they're nice to have, but the aren't 100% necessary. Just use an old keyboard and get a monitor off of craigslist.

As far as what to get, it's all personal preference. For instance, I have a WD Black 1TB that I love, and I have a friend with a Seagate 1TB that he loves. Make your own list, then share it so people can throw in their suggestions and better help you. Only thing I can suggest is this MSI mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130771

MSI boards are some of the best in my opinion and the bios on mine is super easy to use. Plus, the "bloatware" that it came with is actually useful.

Like I said, forget the expensive peripherals and focus on the build itself. Plus, unless you already have a copy, you gotta go ahead and get an OS which is another annoying expense. Put a list together and people will be more willing to help and will be able to help you more.
