Computer freezing

It has happened 2 or 3 times now, i was just watching a youtube video and the sound and the screen sorta froze playing the same part. To turn it off i had to unplug it, i have no idea what might be causing it is there anything i can do to try and figure out the cause?

The thing is, my temps are fine and it never does it during games and stuff.. 

 

Try disabling hardware acceleration in flash player...
