for gaming only? get a AMD FX cpu

 

for $700 including OS($100)

 

start with my pc build, get a AMD FX-6300 instead of mine

and then instead of the gpu i have, get a GTX 770 or a R9 280x for around $250

i5, you can't go wrong with an i5...

To a certain extent yes it will, for heavier video editing an i7 is ideal (but that might be outside of your budget). For video editing I would not recommend AMD personally.

gotcha...careful with that budget stretching next thing you know your lookin at sapphire 290x and figuring out how long you can go without paying your electric bill before they shut you off lol
