Headset problem

robidobban

I bought this http://steelseries.com/products/audio/steelseries-7h-fnatic-edition to my computer, but i want to use it on my PS3 to (didn't thought about it before i bought it...). So do anyone have an solution on my problem? I rather not buy a new one.

Grammar isn't my strongest side, so if there is anything wrong, I'm sorry for that.

If your tv/monitor has a headphone 3,5mm jack you could plug it in there if the cord is long enough. At least thats what i did when i had a PS3

does your monitor/t.v have a headphone jack? if so use that and get a cheap usb soundcard like this for the microphone. If no headphone jack is available, you'll need an rca (f) to 3.5mm (f) adapter like this. plug the mic into the sound card, then into an open usb port on the ps3. next, plug the red and white audio cables from the back of the ps3 into the rca side of the adapter and your headphones into the other side
