Hey.

Yesterday when i wasn't paying attention to what i was doing and i plugged te cord of my guitar into the headphone input on my guitar AMP.

I heard a little BOOM and after that it stopped working (btw the cord was also already plugged in the guitar imput on the amp where it would normally be plugged in).

Does anyone know if/how I could fix it ???

If it's beyond repair it isn't a big deal because it is a little 10watt amp so it is not expensive to replace, but still I would rather keep this amp than buuying a new one.

I'd appreciate it if somweone would reply and help me :)

You know how to solder?

I think you need to quote him because he hasn't followed his own thread Ws36.

@belgiumkiddo I would assume it's broken however like Windspeed36 suggested if you're a deeming solderer then you could have a chance to fix it.

Okay..but my response hasn't fixed the issue so in your best interest you'd better make me not the "best answer"

Most amps have a fuse on the back of the case. If you're lucky the fuse did it's job and melted and you just have to exchange it...

Yeah I was going to say, shouldn't there be a fuse in there to protect against this sort of thing? Course you should be careful and not plug your guitar into the headphone output haha :P
