Windows File Damaged

This problem started after I scan for drive error.  Action Center shows a problem which is scan for drive error so I click it. Then the computer started hang a sometimes during the repair . Then my BitTorrent started to not respond so I close it.

 

Problems:

After that I restart my computer since the computer is not responding. But my bitTorrent still is not responding after the restart. So I install another torrent software (uTorrent)  sadly it crashes too. Also I can't go to any websites in  Internet Explorer 11 . Also I cannot open any game launcher (ie. Borderlands 2 ) except for the game itself. For an example, I cannot open Borderlands 2 from shortcuts but I can launch the game from the game folder(since the shortcut open the launcher first).This also happens to FIFA 14 game.

 

 

Progress:

So I accidentally click Big-Picture on steam. Turns out Dwrite.dll was missing so I went download the hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980922/en-us  .

Also I turned off Internet Explorer 11  windows feature since it cannot be uninstall.

-Now I can open any game launcher except some images are not shown

-turning off IE 11 allow my BitTorrent to work properly 

 

 

Problems after repair:

-FIFA 14 launcher still crashes

-Clickable Images from launcher missing (ie.Game Launcher)

-Clickable Texts from certain software missing (ie Steam Big-Picture)

 

 

 

I was thinking may be its because of missing or damaged windows file. But I don't want to format my windows again.
