First off is this build going to be as silent as watercooling can get and or a system can be? I've researched every part of this computer pretty well before building it..so make suggestions and I will explain my choices.

I would have personally gone dual 1440p, other than that it looks really nice.

I would have personally gone dual 1440p, other than that it looks really nice.

 

Eh I was going to but then you have the bezel in the middle of the screen and it really bugs me...plus at this price point for IPS monitors I could only afford about 1 1440p

Yea but 2 x 290x's for 1080P seems waaay overkill. Unless you play with Eyefinity on everything maxed out.
