Laptop network adapters code 31

I have a laptop that has all of the network adapters showing code 31. I tried installing new drivers and i got the ethernet port and wireless adapter working. Uninstalling and reinstalling devices didn't work and i couldn't find any drivers that work for these devices. What should i do?
