Just click on View all notifications, then (if you've subscribed to off topic, you'll get a notified about the post. click whatever time it's showing. ex. 7 minutes ago. Click that..;)

Clicked on get last post button :P

i found another way,

go to the last post and find the id numbers in the url

get rid of the posts name test in the url

in all posts there's a - between the id numbers leave the - and search the url

done
