Need Help Unlocking

So i have an iphone 5c that is blacklisted for sprint i want to use the phone on tmobile it is possible and i looked up a couple things but not quite sure exactly what to look for can some of you help me out on this any help i would greatly appreciate it (: thanks in advance

Why was it blacklisted?

I am assuming that you bought the phone with a bad IMEI. There is no real legal way of using a phone with a blacklisted IMEI on another carrier in the same country. You could use the phone overseas with no problem. There are ways of getting it to work by jailbreaking or replacing the bad IMEI with a clean one. Unlocking the phone to work on another carrier is easy but getting rid of the bad IMEI is difficult.
