Chrome glitch?

I just discovered what might be a glitch in Chrome.

 

First open a new tab so you don't lose this one.

 

Then put your mouse in the very top left hand corner of the screen in the space between the first tab and the edge of the screen (for me it is blue because of my wallpaper) and double click.  It closes it...

Not a glitch, chrome just has an invisible program icon... try clicking it once...
