SSD and HDD

Hey guys, keep this 2 things in mind:

SSD-Samsung 840 evo 250gb

HDD-Western digital blue 1tb

 

Is it fine is i do this :

SSD-OS, anti-virus, programs like skype, ccleaner and other stuff like that, few games like modded skyim or LoL, Steam and Google chrome.

HDD- documents, photos, videos, all other games.

 

Is it fine like this or should i put things differently ?? Thanks.
