Planned mates build

My mate wants me to build him a computer. The specs are as followed

 

cpu:3930k

mobo:x79a gd65 (8D)

gpu: Titan

psu: ocz zx 1000watt

ram: 32GB (4*8GB) vengance

ssd: samsung 840 pro 256GB

hdd: 3TB barracuda

cpu cooler: h100i (or h220 if we can get one)

optical :standard LG 20 dollar type one

wireless: {tp-link duel band 802.11n}

case: CM storm trooper

 

any suggestions {he does alot of 3-d rendering, web design and plays a few games}

1000w is overkill if he's planning to stick with one gpu. Or he can go for SLI maybe

For the Cpu cooler i would recommend the swiftech h220

Yeah, I was thinking of saying that 1000 watts is overkill for pretty much everything. Even with a 3930k and a Titan, you dont need the extra wattage.

For the Cpu cooler i would recommend the swiftech h220

the price difference between the 850 watt and the 1000 watt was 20 euro so he though what the hell anyway.

the h220 is hard to get in ireland and i really dont want to order from a different continent

Maybe add more RAM? and make sure the RAM is quad channel.

 

I'm not sure how demanding 3D rendering and editting is, so maybe not.

He has 4x8GB RAM. How much more you have in mind?! :)

I wudd change case to 650d cuz it's simple case with great features and good build quality

ill ask him but  the reason he wanted the trooper is cause I have it and he likes it and he didnt want a side window {not really sure why}

Swap the PSU for a SeaSonic X650, and the GPU for a GTX 780
