You get nice cas 9 2133 ram, red, a dark rock pro 3, which performs as well as a 240mm liquid cooler, red motherboard which is a good motherboard too, an SSD, r9 290 is better than 770, more like a 780. okay power supply.
 
 
Not sure if the ram has enough clearence, i'll do you one better and check

Hmm... dont get a reference cooler GPU like that if you dont plan to do full custom cooler loop. 

And well, while that CPU cooler is good, at that price range just get an air cooler could be better. something like a 212 EVO.

Get an SSD as well.

So only some minor change, but this would be better for you.
