computer doesn't boot right

Just got a new desktop it's worked fine till now that it only boots up with the Acer logo but windows doesn't start any suggestions whether to hope the warranty fixes the problem or find out what's going on?

Try contacting them and ask if they can help and if the warranty covers the problem.
