Replace Galaxy S3 LCD + Touch

Hi guys, my galaxy s3 screen is destroyed... I already removed the screen+glass and i need to install a new one.. Have anyone in the forum done it? Where can i get the new screen? Are they expensive?

You can get them on eBay. The easiest way to fix it is to get the most expensive part, the glass+OLED panel+subframe in one piece. Since those 3 parts are heavily adhered together.
