Bsod regularly when using windows

So I have finished building my rig and I have a new problem on it it bsod with error code 0x0000f4. So I have done a fresh instal of windows 7 and when I'm trying to install the first driver it Bsod. So I tried to run it in no error mode but it still bsod. I have no clue on what to do can you please help me

Yes (but I do instal with a burned cd and not the original one)

Go in device manager and make sure there are no yellow symbols after i installed the chipset drivers which were missing it stopped (touch wood)
