thermal paste question

So I just took apart my laptop for the 6th time because it was getting to got so I wanted to replace the thermal but now that everything is apart i have no idea how much thermal past i need to apply becaus the cpu doesnt have a metal cover on it and i have never done something like this before so how much should i put on there WkAsc39.jpg

yeah but those are desktop cpus and im talking about a laptop one that doesnt have a metal cover

Be careful, contains metals (copper, silver and others (i think aluminium))
