internet/browser problems

so lately when i try to go on some websites they either just stay as a loading page or i get a 503 error. i tried using google dns and im getting the same problem. i have to continuously flush my dns. is there a fix for this?

it also happens on any browser i use. currently im using chrome

That's good information to have beforehand. Sounds to me like a caching problem or malware.

Delete the cache in chrome https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en-GB

 

When you get a 503 error.  copy that domain you just visited, open CMD  and ping that address  IE           ping google.com

 

See if you get a response from the domain.  if you get a response then your DNS and internet is working and its going to be something related to your browser rather than your ISP or any other strange network going-ons

 

This is what a successful ping looks like :  http://0.tqn.com/d/compnetworking/1/S/W/c/command-window-ping-responsive_ip.png

 

If the ping fails.   then you need to do a trace route.    again in CMD   type  tracert google.com     and look at the results

ping was successful. but this happens to all my browsers tho? so is it still a browser problem?

Strange.  Have you done a virus scan with  Malewarebytes yet?  if not download the free version here:  https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

 

See if this makes a difference.

 

Are you able to explain what browsers its doing it in?

 

Also if you haven't got Firefox.    https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/     download that and install it.  when asked.  Don't import anything from any browser.   Firefox is interdependent of the system so a clean install of that might narrow things down a bit.

yes i scanned malewarebytes. it found stuff and quarantined it. and ive used firefox and chrome and i.e did a clean install on all

im still having the same problems 503 errror and some sites not loading. it's still on all my browsers
