Looks pretty damn good to me. I would say get an aftermarket cooler, and maybe a 780 ti instead of a Titan. the Titan's are pretty overpriced. You could also save some money by going for RAM with a slower frequency as you wont really notice the difference. Good luck! :)

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 | Motherboard: Asus Z97-A | RAM: 8gb (2x4gb) Corsair LP @1600mhz | GPU: Asus TUF GTX 1660 OC 6GB | Case: Fractal Design Define R4 | Storage: 250gb Samsung 840 EVO and 1TB WD Black 7200rpm | PSU: Corsair CX750M | Display: Asus VG245H 1920x1080 | Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and default case fans | Laptop: Early 2015 13" Macbook Pro Retina - i5 2.7Ghz - 256GB SSD

I wouldn't go down the 2011/titan route for a pure gaming rig. I suggest 1150 and a 780 ti. You won't get any performance increase with 2011 and a Titan.

What resolution are you planning on ?

Budget and location ?

No game is going to run on 2 and just like youtube or something like that on the other

Gaming across 2 monitors is a bit awkward due to the bezels being in the centre. If it was me i would probably go with 2 monitors. One for gaming and one for youtube. You could get a nice 27" 1440p for gaming and a 24" 1080p for youtube/browsing etc. That is my opinion anyway  :)

The location will just be in my cool basement, and my budget is a maximum of $5000

Lol by location I mean country so we can do a build for you on partpicker :). And with $5000, it's going to be an epic rig.
