im having a problem with my new nexus 5 where occasionally after a short time of use the screen will look like it starts to almost stutter, and all the text looks out of focus almost like there are multiple layers on the screen which are badly placed ontop of each other (if you can get what im trying to say) . I was wondering if there was an easy way to fix this or if this is a problem with the screen (i cannot take a screenshot of this- the blurriness in the photo is the actual screen not the photo)

Do you have any 3rd party launchers installed?
