Which one is better, I know one it better for overclocking and such. But does one have better parts then the other within the PCB?

ASUS' Direct CU II cooler is much more quiet and efficient than the standard blower design from EVGA. I am not saying that EVGA is not a good card manufacturer but in this case ASUS wins. Maybe the 2GB frame buffer of the ASUS' card wont let you use this card for 3ple monitor setup, but it is more than cable to handle ultra Anti-aliasing settings.

Silence and better cooling-->Asus

A lot of heat output from the back of the case but better for 3ple monitor setup and "futureproofing"-->EVGA.

Hope it helped.

Unless you're planing on running sli, then Asus hands down. And don't lose sleep over 2gb vs 4gb

Long story short; The 670 and 680 are starved for bandwidth, and only in a few select games dose it make a positive difference even if you run at two-way sli.

I would go with the DCU 2 because it has a better cooler than the EVGA one.

If you plan on moving to a 1440p or higher resolution monitor in the future, and you don't plan to get a new card when you do, buy the EVGA card with more VRAM. If you don't plan on going higher resolution with this card the Direct CUII cooler is more valuable because of it's lower noise output and it's better cooling performance, even though it will exhaust air directly into your case.
