can you put Noctua NF-F12s on a H100i

In my upcomming pc build i am planning on getting a h100i to cool my cpu. im no quite freak but ive herd some cruddy things about the h100i's stock fans so im thinking about switching them. is it possible to use NF-F12s on an h100i? would i need an adapter? and would the corsair link software still work?
