Hello. I've already made a list of parts I'm planning on using for my build and I need your opinion. I also would appreciate it if you could help me decide on what CPU cooler I should get. I don't mind changing things, but in my opinion I like this build.

Budget: $1300

What's your budget?

My default recommendation is a 212 Evo.

You should also go for a 4690K instead of a 4670k.

Also, i would go for 8 gigs of ram and a 1TB hard drive while adding an SSD,

Are you planning on overclocking?

Is this being used for anything other than gaming?

I might overclock but not soon because this will be my first build. also because I don't want to break anything lol.

I might use it for editing but more of gaming.
