Get 8GB of RAM, 16GB is overkill for most people, put the money into a better gpu like an R9 290. Get a 120GB SSD for boot and a 2TB HDD for storage. I know how difficult the prices are in the great down under but with that money this build should be fine,

[ Rig: CPU: 4930K, GPU: EVGA 780TI SC x2, RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, Mobo: ASUS P9 X79 LE, Storage: 120GB Samsung EVO + 2TB Seagate Barracuda, PSU: Corsair RM1000 ]

Why an i7 4820k? why not an i7 4790k with an MSI Z97 G45 Gaming Mobo or if you like ASUS, a ROG Z97 board (will be much more expensive)? And to begin with do you even need an i7? If you only gaming and not doing the video rendering/heavy photoshop/3D modeling etc then an i5 4690k would suit your need much better at a much cheaper price.

Put the money you saved up there in to a GTX 780 or R9 290/290x instead

Why 2 SSD?

With 1 GPU system you dont need a 760W PSU, especially a platinum one. Get a 600W PSU instead, Corsair/Seasonic or Cooler Master are all ok
