Android is based on the Linux kernel.

I have a funny feeling he's looking for a GNU/Linux distro that will run on it.

 

There's a bloak here running Arch on his, otherwise you can install Linux distros with Linux Deploy and run them through a chroot environment and access them through a VNC client.
