hi ..

am a gamer as well as a designer

i play games like COD MW3 , far cry , AC3 , NFS Rivals ... etc...

and i also use softwares like Solidworks , Pro e , creo parametric .. for modeling and redering images and animation videos ...

with some videos in the Youtube I could understand that both are opposite extremes ...

what CPU and GPU should i choose .... that must satisfy my heavy workloads and gaming loads at 1080p (high settings ) day and night and should last longer ..

and am aiming for a desktop , ... and plz suggest other components in the PC.... too ...

its almost ... completely confusing for me ...

plz help me .. out

Using a gaming GPU will work just fine for this build and I'd recommend it unless you have a really insane budget. I recommend you go heavy on the CPU side, as compile times/ render times are greatly reduced with a great CPU. Maybe a 4930k or something.

I also recommend a raid 1 setup, as this kind of work is time consuming and would be more than a shame to lose due to hardware failure.

But first, lets get a budget.
