The 28" UD590D has been on sale a few times for $540 as a refurb unitis available for a lower price at NCIX.com (CAN only), but this is the first time AFAIK that the UD590D has been available new for $530 before rebate in the U.S.

If only it were IPS.

 

Still a very nice deal.  I imagine around the holidays U4K IPS Monitors will be $500 or less.

I can see $650 for an IPS 4K but not $500, not anytime soon anyway.
