Old USB Webcam driver help

Good Afternoon,

 

So I am looking to jerry rig myself a head tracking type rig using a couple of IR LED's and a webcam. My problem is, the only webcam I can found around the house is an old genius branded one which I got free with a laptop in around '07.

 

Can I please get some help tracking down some drivers for this to work with my current set up? That would be muchly appreaciated!

Computer:

Windows 8.1 x64

Both are so old that finding newer than Vista drivers is impossible.
